Chalet Cabins (Type AA)

• Each log chalet cabin has a living room with a fold out couch.
• Decks overlook the ranch activity area (playground, tennis courts, softball field, and basketball court).
• Each cabin has 2 bedrooms (downstairs has a queen bed, upstairs has a double and 3 twin beds).
• 2 full baths.
• Accommodates 4 to 8 guests.

Gold Mine Cabin (Type AA)

• This one story building have decks overlooking Sherman Lake.
• Has a queen bed, twin bed, futon in Living Room and a full bath.
• This unit is typically the quietest accommodation on the ranch

Stagecoach Cabin (Type AA)

• This is a two-unit lakefront log building
• Each unit has a living room with futon
• Two bedrooms and two full baths
• Downstairs bedroom with one queen bed and two twin beds
• Upstairs bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed
• Accommodates 4 - 8 guests comfortably

Gold Nugget, Round-Up, Gold Coast, and Gold Rush.

Center Units: (Type AA)

• Center Units have 2 bedrooms plus a living room with fold out couch.
• Downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and a twin bed.
• Upstairs bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed.
• Center units have 2 full baths, one on each floor.
• Accommodates 4 to 8 guests.

End Units: (Type A)

• End units have 2 bedrooms with a connecting bath.
• Front bedroom has queen bed.
• Rear bedroom has double bed and twin bed.
• Each bedroom has its own sink vanity.
• End units accommodate 5 guests comfortably.

Main Lodge Rooms (Type B)

• Include decks that overlook Sherman Lake, just 50 feet from the beach area.
• Rooms have two queen beds and a full bath.
• The main lodge houses the dining area and indoor pool.
• These rooms are popular with families with small children and couples.
• All lodge rooms are on the second floor.

Motel Style Buildings

High Top Motel (Type B)

• This one story building have decks overlooking Sherman Lake.
• Each unit has a queen bed and 2 twin beds and a full bath.
• This units is typically the quietest accommodation on the ranch

 
Wagon Wheel Motel (Type B)

• This single story, 7 unit motel building has a deck overlooking the activity area.
• Its central location provides easy access to the horses in summer and ski slope in winter.
• Each unit has a queen bed, a double bed, a twin bed, and a full bath.

Lake House

• This is a five bedroom house sitting on Sherman Lake.  The house has three full bathrooms and one half bath.
• The main floor has a living room, dining area, and full kitchen, half bath, Master Bedroom (Queen w/ Full Bath) and Guest Room (Full & Twin beds w/ Full Bath).
• Second floor has a Full Bath, 3 bedrooms, & loft set up as:
  Queen Bed, Double & Twin Beds, 3 Twin Beds, Twin in Loft.
• Perfect for a large family looking for a place to stay together.
• Minimum of 10 people.  Sleeps up to 16.
