Please consider that lodging, 3 meals daily, snacks, and activities are all included when reviewing our rates. Rates do not include gratuity (we recommend 10-20% of your bill toward staff gratuity).

Paying with cash or check is 3% less than paying with a Credit or Debit Card. All rates are also plus 7% NYS Sales Tax and Warren County Occupancy Tax.

The main floor has a living room, dining area, and full kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms (Queen & twin)and(2 twins). Second floor has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms - (queen & bathroom), (queen), (queen & 2 twins). The suite also adjoins with series 200 room and series 300 making it a 7 bedroom/5 bathroom unit.

Main Lodge - "Series 100" unit

Lake front, walk out two bedroom unit.  Enjoy Air conditioning, WiFi, refrigerator, sink and counter top area. Living room with a convertable sofa, 2 Full Bathrooms & 2 bedrooms (Queen bed in one room, queen & twin in second room)  Connecting rooms available.

"Chalet Cabins"

Living room with futon, WiFi, Air Conditioning, 2 bathrooms (both downstairs) and 2 bedrooms. Downstairs bedroom has a Queen, Upstairs bedroom has a double & 2 twin beds.
