Chuck Wagon Schedule Is:
BREAKFAST 8-10:00, LUNCH 12:30–1:30, DINNER 6:00–7:15. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, ice water and cake are available in the main lodge dining room all day! There is assigned seating in the dining room ... you will receive a table for dinner on your arrival day.

Lunch is NOT included on check in day. The first meal is dinner. There is NO option to buy lunch on arrival day. Please make the necessary arrangements prior to arriving. 

Smoking: All public areas are NON-SMOKING(NY State Law). There are designated smoking areas. There is absolutely NO smoking in the rooms or on the decks. There will be a $200.00 cleaning fee added to your bill if housekeeping reports this issue to the desk. 

Front Desk Hours:  8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Deposit Requirements: Initial/Full deposits

Initial Deposit Requirement = $100.00

Full Deposit Requirement = $200.00 for a single bedroom unit for a 2 night stay.

                                                $400.00 for a single bedroom unit for 3 or more nights.

                                                $400.00 for a 2 bedroom unit for any number of nights.

                                                $500.00 for the Suite any number of nights.

Policy on single occupancy = 1.5 times the regular adult rate.  

Cancellation Policy:  $100.00 cancellation fee.  Cancelling less than 75 days prior to arrival forfeits your full deposit.  

Horseback Riding:
PLEASE sign up at the front desk after 4:00 for the next day's morning rides, and at 12:00 for the afternoon rides. PLEASE be at the corral 10 minutes before your ride time. There is no additional charge for horseback riding. You must fill out a riding release form before riding. All riders must wear long pants and sneakers or boots in order to ride. All riding requirements must be met in order to ride. Please call the front desk at 518-494-2742 to inquire about those requirements. 

Rowboats and Paddleboats:
Life preservers must be worn by ALL, and are available at the dock. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult to use boats. NO ONE is allowed on the lake after dark. There are times when NO LIFEGUARDS are on duty in the pool or on the beach. In case of an emergency, notify the front desk or bartender.

Indoor Pool:
Hours are 11 -12 :30, 1:30 - 6:00, and 7:00 - 9:30. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. There are times when NO LIFEGUARD is on duty. Changing rooms are in the pool area... towels are provided.

Water Skiing:
Please sign up at the front desk after 4:30 for the next day. There is an additional charge for waterskiing and the skiing is in 15 minute sessions. (Lessons are included.) One skier per session. Skiers must swim and be at least 8 years old. All No Show appointments will be charged full price. 

Archery Equipment:
Available at front desk. Please return it when finished. Children should be accompanied by an adult.

Social Schedule:
Posted on the board at the front desk at 8 am. Board is changed daily.

Fishing:  Worms are available for sale at the front desk by the dozen. You are welcome to fish from shore or use the rowboats if you have your own equipment. Pontoon fishing trip schedules will be posted on the chalk board at 8am; equipment and bait are provided free of charge for these trips. Sign up in the morning-They do go fast.  This is a popular activity and trips are limited to 8 on the boat. Trips are 1 hour long. NO CHARGE.  

Babysitters:  We do NOT offer babysitting services.

Keys:  There are NO room keys available. We suggest not leaving valuables out in your room. You may lock the room when you are inside. There is a safe inside each room.

Gratuities:  Left at the end of your stay for all staff. This includes but not limited to: (spring, summer & fall) waitstaff, trail guides, waterfront, pool and playhouse attendants and social directors. Winter tipped employees would include waitstaff, trail guides, skiing instructors, ski lift operators, snowmobile/buggy guides and ski lodge attendants also pool and playhouse and social directors would be included.  Envelopes are available at the front desk. Maids are left separately in your room. Our staff works very hard to make your stay enjoyable and appreciates your generosity. 

Check In Time:  Check In Time-anytime after 1pm. Room available after 3 pm. First meal on check in day is Dinner. Please make the necessary accomodations for you and your party before arriving at the ranch. There is not an option to pay extra for lunch. 

Check Out Time: 11:30 am. You are welcome to stay at the ranch for lunch on check out day.
