Policies

Rates do not include taxes or gratuities. We recommend 10-20% of the bill for staff gratuities. Gift shop, bar, massage and facial services as well as gratuitity can all be added to the room bill. Please note that cash or check rates are 3% less than credit or debit card usage. 

Check in anytime after 1pm, room available by 3pm. Check out time is 11:30 am. You are welcome to stay on the ranch for the afternoon.

Deposit requirement:
$200.00 for a single bedroom unit for a 2 night stay
$400.00 for a singe bedroom unit for a 3 or more night stay
$400.00 for a 2 bedroom unit for any number of nights
$500.00 for the Lake House any number of nights

Cancellation Policy:  
There is a non refundable $100.00 deposit due at the time you book.  75 days prior to your arrival you will receive a reconfirmation.  This confirmation will ask for the remaining deposit.  See deposit requirement above.  Cancelling 75 days prior to arrival forfeits full deposit.  We cancel you if we have not received the deposit or additional deposit 60 days prior to arrival date.
